Refund policy

At Black Snake (AUST), our intent is to provide safe, reliable engineered products that are fit for purpose.

Cancellations and Returns
We do not accept any returns unless prior authorisation by email has been given.
Returns may attract a 25% re-stocking fee.
Custom designed and speciality products cannot be returned.

Warranty on Recovery Strops
(a) Black Snake (AUST) warrants that Black Snake Recovery strops; Mooring, Bungee and Soft Shackles are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year from the purchase
(b) Subject to clause {c}, if the product fails to operate for any reason within the warranty period and the product is returned to the place of purchase at the Buyer’s expense, the seller will repair or replace the unit free of charge
(c) The warranty referred to in clause 1(a) is subject to the following conditions:
(i) The product must be returned to the retailer with proof of purchase
(ii) The product must not have had its RFID removed, defaced or changed, nor have been tampered with in any other way.
(iii) Failure of the product must not be due to misuse, improper installation or any other abuse or misuse.
(iv) The seller will not be responsible for damage or loss caused during shipping.
(v) Apart from any consumer guarantees under chapter 3, part 3-2, division 1 of the Australian Consumer Law and any other statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be contracted out of, all other warranties express or implied and whether arising by virtue of statute or otherwise are excluded.
